Eliza ran to me the moment we entered pack territory. She flung herself in my arms, a sob ripping out of her. I held her tightly, feeling her sorrow wash over me.
"Eliza, my love, it's going to be ok. Sarai knows what she's doing. She's handling this surprisingly well," I told her gently.
"It's not that Theo, it's Silas!" Eliza sobbed. "Grace is his mate and Jax is taking her. They fought, it was awful! Jax and alpha Jeremy threatened to banish him!"
She pulled back so I could see her tear stained face, "He ran off in his wolf and Luna went to get him. Something is wrong Theo! When she brought him back, he's not right!"
