Chapter 17Grady sat across the table from Peter in one of the interrogation rooms at Scotland Yard. He was more than a little perturbed that he had to cut his trip to Rome short because Chief Inspector Clifford refused to take his statement over the phone. Then to make matters worse, he wouldn’t even interview him at Spencer and Tilly’s house, he insisted he come into the station to be questioned. The only reason Grady had even agreed to any of this was so that he could be eliminated as a suspect in Danny’s abduction, allowing the police to focus on finding the real culprit.
