The victim by the name of Maxwell Christopher Sheppner couldn’t speak and was being loaded into an Erie EMS vehicle. Max would be taken care of by the staff at Erie First General, one the best hospitals in the area.
As for the Highwayman, he made a terrible mistake by leaving Max behind. Max was going to live, but maybe wouldn’t be able to speak for months to come. Speech therapy was a given in his future and would help the young man tremendously.
