2005   Extremely lassitude from hunger, hours of trekking, and psychological trauma, Mina felt like crashing on the ground. She dragged her legs with an effort, putting extra effort to keep her eyes open. The last time she ate was last afternoon before she  escaped from that horrible house. She had been wandering about aimlessly, paranoid and scared of  telling anyone about her plight. What if she was reported to the police and her aunty was looking for? When it was night and she found nowhere to sleep,  scared of molestation, she found a murky corner and sat down, in the cold, close to a masjid, and cried. At dawn, she hit the road.
