I opened my eyes and let them adjust to the darkness that appeared around me. My hands automatically reached to my lower stomach where my pups Blair and Isaac rested. I stretched out further in the bed and couldn't find Blake nearby.
Frowning I sniffed around and instantly knew he wasn't in the house. Dismissing it I threw the blanket off of me and very uncomfortably walked to the bathroom.
It was in the middle of the night; that much was clear and sleep seemed to completely leave me as something felt off.
