Miranda was still waiting in the bedroom, eager to hear about how Damian's visit to Katrina went, she was lost in her thoughts and didn't even realize when he walked in.
"Miranda."
"Oh um," she got up from the couch to meet him upon hearing her name. "So...? How did it go? How is she?"
"She's putting up, but thankfully she'll survive."
"Oh, that's really good then."
"But..."
"But what?"
"She seemed different."
"Different? As how?"
"She suddenly seemed to have realized her mistake; getting angry about the wedding and leaving just like that. She even apologized to me for doing so."
"And? Isn't it a good thing that she's willing to accept?"
"I don't know about this... The Katrina I know isn't always willing to forget things so easily."
