As I walked back home, I treated myself to a cone of vanilla ice cream from the corner shop. It melted too fast in the heat, but I didn't care. I licked the last drop just as my phone rang. Ring! Ring! I frowned, looking at the screen. The name, “Annoying Supervisor” popped up.
