BLAKE "Zoe is N-E-R-D-Y... little, little nerdy!" The taunt cut through the hallway, loud and shrill, and I almost ignored it. Almost. I wasn’t a saint. Hell, I was far from it. I’d thrown my fair share of insults, made people feel small just because I could. Sin came easy when you were good at it. I liked the rush of being the guy people feared, the guy who could say one thing and ruin your day. But something about that moment stopped me. I turned my head, and there she was—Zoe Carter.
