Chapter 1 : The day of monster uprising

 In 2021, there was a devastating disaster that caused destruction in various places across the surface of the earth, this disaster also take many lives, and causing humanity to almost become extinct. The day of that disaster was named the Monsters Apocalypse.

 On that day, Planet Earth was attacked massively by the hordes of beastly monsters in large numbers, the monsters came from another dimension. They entered this world through the dimensional rift that were open simultaneously, the rift were popping up in various places of the earth, causing a mass invasion of monsters that could not be contained or anticipated. In the first wave, the attack was dominated by small to medium sized beasts. In the second wave, the gap between dimensions that appeared was getting bigger and larger, so that the giant monsters started to come out and flatten every building made by humans, then the result in the end there was a big disaster everywhere, many humans were killed or being eaten, and many places were turning to rubbles, by the rampage of the monsters. While the resistance carried out by mankind was in vain, because the attacks of the monsters were too many and could not be stopped, the condition of the planet earth was made chaotic for approximately 6 days 6 nights, and only a few people were left alive to tell about how terrible the events of the monsters apocalypse was.

 Long story short, Many years have passed since the monster apocalypse happen. Now, the humans who survive must try to survive in a world that has been ruled by monsters. The difficulty of finding food and medicine, as well as the dangers that must be faced if their existence is found or met with monsters, is a challenge that must be faced by the remaining human beings at that time, their lives are always shrouded by dangers every day. In fact, because it is difficult to find a place to live, some groups of people live under the rubble, underground, and some live in caves, etc. Human life is the same as a mouse that has to sneak around in search of food, plus there is no really safe place to live anymore.

 The remaining humans have no hope to continuing their live, they all seem to be just waiting for extinction. But they don't know, that there is actually one human who can be consider as the last hope, that human is a 28 years old man, who has also lost a lot of thing, as result of the monster apocalypse disaster.

 He has a well-proportioned stature, long black hair and a slightly bushy beard. He looks dashing in the shabby black coat he wears, fully armed, and he have the big motorbike he rides wherever he goes.

 In his journey that has no purpose, he also never pass by the threats of monsters everyday. Even One day, when he ran into a number of lizard monsters, without saying much, he immediately took out his special gun that fired green bullets, the bullets were very effective at injuring and killing those monsters, so that the man could destroy those monsters one by one that blocking his path. Likewise, when he ran into a giant mamoth monster, without thinking he immediately attacked by shooting at the mamoth monster, and even though he experienced a little difficulty due to the brutal resistance given by the mamoth, but in the end he managed to beat and tear the body of the mamoth, untill it totally shreds.

 He has a deep sense of resentment and hatred towards monsters, because he has lost many things, namely his home, his friends, his family, especially his mother whom he loves so much, that's what made him hate monsters so much, that he decided to spend the rest of his life as a monster slayer. In a world that has been ruled by monsters.

 The man's name is Kevin, He is the only person who can face the monsters alone with his physical strength that exceeds normal humans, and kill the monsters with one shot from his special gun. The weapon had a special bullet which was extracted from the body parts of the monsters, namely the horns. Because all of these monsters have in common a green horn on their foreheads, and those horn are holds the energy of each monster.

 However, no matter how much Kevin manages to eradicate every monster he meets, it is never ending, because now the planet Earth is completely overrun by monsters, while the number of mankind is getting smaller. A lot of people left clueless by the apocalypse tragedy, now what can they do just accept the destiny. The apocalypse comes from nowhere. And no one know Who is behind this disaster? As for Kevin, he also doesn't know Why he have such strength on his body? Nobody can be asked about it. The only thing Kevin can do from now on is... Just survive.

 In the past, before the monster apocalypse happen, Kevin had a normal life as an ordinary office employee, and he lived in his mother's house. Whereas his father has died since he was 10 years old, his father died in an accident at his place of work. At that time, he worked as a scientist at an energy company called "NeoGen".

 Since the death of his father, Kevin has lived a life like normal people in general, he didn’t think that there was anything special in him, he went to school, got a bachelor's degree, had a comfortable job, and was able to support financial of himself and his own mother. But when he become 26 years old, or rather in 2021, a monster apocalypse occurs.

 Chaos and destruction everywhere, monsters rampage and destroy the entire city where Kevin currently in. At that time, Kevin, who was working at the office, was shocked by the situation that suddenly turned chaotic and filled with panic. Kevin, who was worried about his mother's condition, rushed to home by using a motorcycle, while braving the chaos and passing the various monsters that tried to attack him along the way, even Kevin also had to try to avoid the falling debris, causing the road to be blocked and Kevin had to find another way to get to his home.

 On the way to his house, Kevin had to fight half to death and even bled, until he finally made it to his destination. But how shocked he was, when he saw that his house was in a state of fire, while other houses around it had collapsed and been in ruins. So without thinking, Kevin immediately ran into his house to find his mother and take his mother away from there. At that time Kevin's feelings were really messy, between confused, sad, angry, anxious, and afraid if something bad happened to his mother.

 Then it turned out that the thing he was afraid of really happened, when he entered the living room, he witnessed something he will never forget in his life, namely the body of his mother lying in the middle of the flames, and nearby was a creature with a body like human, but the entire surface of his skin looked like stone. This creature has a tall, muscular body, sharp claws, but its face has no mouth or nose, with only green horns on its forehead and a pair of eyes that look at Kevin with a sharp gaze.

 Kevin, who was very angry at that time, because the death of his mother, immediately ran towards the monster with a very large emotion. Then Kevin landed a very strong blow on the monster's body, causing the monster's body to slam back and then hit the wall quite hard.

 When that happened, Kevin really felt shocked, because he did not thought that he who was only an ordinary human, could punch a monster to the wall with only his bare hands. Then when the monster was trying to get back up, Kevin immediately approached him again to deliver another blow. But the surprising thing happened again, when suddenly a voice came from the monster.

 The voice said, "Your power has awakened."

 Then when Kevin heard the voice, suddenly his steps stopped, because he did not think that the monster could talk. But in an instant, Kevin's body was blown away, when the monster stretched out his palm in front of Kevin. Suddenly a very strong wave pushed Kevin's body, until Kevin's body was knocked down and then crashed into a cupboard to shreds. And unfortunately, at once Kevin was immediately unconscious, in his burning house, along with the monster that had killed his mother.
