Sebastian The Lone Wolf.

Amelia was looking at the men sitting on the bench. He was tall and slim with a broad shoulders. His eyes were green and warm. Sebastian had hair that looked messy but somehow organized, full of lovely curls. His skin was tan, and you could easily see the muscles under his shirt. Sebastian was a handsome man, and Amelia was sure women were interested in him. - Stop staring, and come to say hello.- Alice said, seeing Amelia's look. - Um, yes, you are right... I feel a little bit stressed. I don't have good experience with men. - You can calm down, he is good-looking and friendly too. He wouldn't harm anyone. Unless it is indispensable, Sebastian is a great warrior. Alice went to greet Sebastian with Amelia behind her back. -Welcome Alice, I have been waiting for you for an hour. Have you lost track of time with your herbs again? -The man had a deep, warm voice. -You know me too well. Please come in, we will have a cup of tea, and then you will tell me what happened since the last time we saw each other. And this lovely girl behind me is Amelia, my other found in the woods. - Another? - The girl couldn't stay quiet any longer. -Oh yes, I found Sebastian when he was a little boy. He was wandering in the woods, totally alone. But we can talk about it inside. It isn't polite to keep someone outside. - Alice winked at Sebastian and let them both go inside. Fifteen minutes later, all of them were sitting in the cozy living room with tea biscuits that Alice had made the day before. - Quite challenging- Sebastian said after taking a bite. - How rude! - Shadow loudly commented in Amelia's head, and the girl had to agree with her. How can he complain about those delicious cookies? Amelia glared at the man, showing him her disapproval. -I am just kidding! - Sebastian quickly raised his hand, seeing her face.- They are lovely as always, Alice. The witch looked at them both and decided to defend Sebastian. - Don't be mad, Amelia. Sebastian is always like this. Teasing others is like his second nature. Probably that is why he can't find himself a good pack. - That is not true. I like my lifestyle. - The man said, looking offended. -Oh well... - Alice said, giving him a smirk, but it quickly became severe after glancing at the girl. - Is everything ok? Are you feeling OK? Indeed the girl's face became pale, and there were tiny drops of sweat on her forehead. -You are a rouge???Amelia almost shouted. Is it possible that Alice has a friend among those monsters who killed her family? And Luna Tania? It can't be!! She stood up, glaring at them, breathing heavily. - Oh, for Goddess's sake, no!! - Sebastian stood up as well, not knowing what was going on. - Sit down, Amelia, you have a panic attack - Alice said calmly, coming closer to help the girl. - But you just said he doesn't.... he doesn't have... a pack. So he must be ... a rouge!! - Amelia tried to calm herself, but it was not an easy task. - He is a lone wolf, not a rouge. Please sit down, and breathe. Alice pushed the girl to one of her sofas and sat beside her holding her hands. - We are not the brightest bulb in the box, are we? -The man smirked. -Sebastian, stop it right now! - Alice looked at him coldly, letting him know he crossed the line. - She doesn't know the difference between a rouge and a lone wolf. What do you want me to say? - He tried to defend himself. -I said enough... That was all he needed to stay quiet and sit on the other sofa. After twenty minutes, Amelia was finally calm enough to look at them both. - I am sorry for my reaction; please forgive me, Sebastian. The man opened his mouth to say something but quickly said nothing. Alice's face was still dark. - Amelia had a trauma from her childhood. - Like we all... but..- No, that was not a good idea to start talking. Alice's eyes became dark, almost black. Sebastian saw those eyes only one time in his life and did not want to see them again. - This girl must be vital to her. Try to be polite - His wolf Hunter warned him quickly in his mind. -What's a lone wolf? - Amelia asked. - Are you ok now? - Alice gave her a little hug. - Yes, but I still don't understand what you mean. Is he, not a rouge?- She pointed her finger in Sebastian's direction. - I will explain it to you, don't worry. Sebastian could do it, but lack of contact with others made him an unsocial creature. So it would be better if he stayed quiet - Alice warned him. - Rouge is a wolf who was banished from his pack for some crime or any other reason. When the pack link is broken, he loses his scent and smells only like smoke. And with time, they lost most of their humanity, turning into killing monsters. A lone wolf usually lost their pack in some circumstances or decided to leave a pack on their own terms. As you probably noticed, Sebastian still has his scent. Amelia focused her senses, and in fact, she felt his scent, lemongrass, and honey. It was not as strong as she felt it on other werewolves in Black Moon. But maybe it was this lone wolf thing. - I can feel it. Sorry for being so silly and dramatic. - The girl hung her head, embarrassed by her behavior. - No offense taken. I should also be more understanding. As Alice said, I have become very unfamiliar with other people's feelings lately. Maybe I should move back for some time to be more civilized again. - He looked at the witch with the question in her eyes. - No way, looking at your current manners, I would probably kill you sooner or later. And I am afraid that would happen sooner rather than later. Alice told him, trying to sound serious, but you could spot the happy sparks in her eyes. - So why do you have a pack? Some of them would probably happily take you in. You look like a well-trained warrior. - I am happy, as I am now. Maybe one day I will join some pack, but not now. I live near the borders of Crescent Moon Pack. Occasionally, I help them solve problems with the rouges, so they let me live there peacefully. I can't complain. -You live near the Crescent Moon Pack? That is the place where I wanted to go before Alice found me. - Why? - Sebastian asked, so Amelia told him quickly how she had to leave Black Moon Pack without giving him many details. - You would like this place. When you are ready to go there, just let me know. I may be able to help you to get your place there. - That would be great, Sebastian; thank you. - Amelia was genuinely grateful. Maybe he was not so bad after all. - Before that happens, she needs to get back in shape. She has potential in her but had no chance to train. And this is why I summoned you here, Sebastian. - Training? Of what? - Amelia was not sure what was going on. - I am a warrior, as you noticed before. It is going to be my task. To make you one as well, in case of any danger, you will be ready to protect yourself. - Sebastian grinned wildly after seeing Amelia's shocked expression. - I am not sure I can do it. - Amelia wasn't as excited as he was. -One step at a time. We will start with building your stamina. - We will train in both your forms, human and wolf. Tomorrow I will check and judge how much we have to do. -So now, off to beds, kids. It is late, and you will need all your strength, Amelia. - Alice said in a motherly tone. They stood up and headed to their rooms. - Was she always this? Amelia asked. - Yes, she was. She is the best. Good night Amelia. - Good night, Sebastian.
