Twenty-five minutes… It took him twenty-five minutes, five minutes less than what he told me to give him, to pull up in front of my house. I gasp as I see his car pull up into my small, paved driveway and shake my head slowly. The whole thing screams luxury and I don’t know how I feel about it to begin with, let alone how I feel about him showing up at my house… I shake my head slowly as he walks up the front porch and knocks on the door. I hear Archy scream from the bedroom and come running over to the front door.
