The day today, as usual, was slow--well, slower than normal, really. Aside from the audible clanging of utensils against the plate, there wasn’t really all that much noise that reverberated in their ears. Whether it’s because all other excess noise was subconsciously blocked out in their minds or there really just wasn’t all that much noise in the first place, Aurora has no idea. But if she had to make a choice, she would definitely go with the former.
