"Why did you call me over?" Shelby dropped her bag on the sofa the moment she arrived.

"It's not the first time I'm call you over." Will looked at her strangely.

"True but it's the first time, you are calling me over to your house." she unbuttoned her shirt slowly to expose her sexy inner, "I thought it was off limits."

"Give it to me." Jasmine shouted from the top of the stairs at Eden who was running down with his truck.

Shelby looked at Will accusingly, "I should have guessed you needed help." she walked over and lifted off the ground, "hey queen, looking for a war?"

Eden giggled then hugged her, "no I wasn't, all I wanted was to share with him, he's the stingy one."

Jasmine stretch out his hands, "Aunt shelby will you please tell her to give me back my truck?"

Eden shook her head "no."

"Where are the rest of the crew?"

"Coming through." Jayden and Jamie ran down into her arms.

"I didn't bring mine so I wanted to share his."

"I'm certain your mom gave you the opportunity to pick a toy each."

"So why aren't you playing with your bear?"

"Really, then how about we return his truck to him then seek his permission and forgiveness?" she took the truck from Eden then handed it to Jasmine, "Eden dear, what do you have to say to Jasmine?"

"I'm not selfish." Jasmine shouted then ran after her, Jamie and Jayden grinned then ran after them.

"That went smoothly." Will placed two plate on the table, "I was about to order for another truck."

Shelby grinned, "I've been dealing with them since they were born, the boys probably left her out of their games."

"Really she seems like the mother of trouble to me." he adjusted the chair to help her sit.

"Nah!" she shook her head, "she only throws tantrums when the boys leave her out of their games." She took her seat "thanks."

"So she's manipulative?" he sat adjacent her.

"No, she's just a bit calculative, she knows if she cause a little noise, they can all play together, it no easy being the only girl."

"Well she certainly take after her mother."

"That's true, they all do." she picked her fork, "do I get a tour later?"

"You've been here before."

She shrugged, "strange enough I only remember the terence and those sofa."

Will chuckled "and the bar?"

"Yes, definitely the bar, though it would be nice to get familiar with this dining." she pushed her food away, then sat on the dinning table, "where the f**k is their parents?"

Will chuckled, "Ryan took Janice on a date."

"Ugh hurry." she unbuckled her pants, "and Candy?"

"Kyle is off at her place prying secret out of her."

She sat up suddenly, "so the kids are in the room alone?"

He stood and patted the table, "I can hear them lo..."

"Trying to get Candice secrets out of her."

"What secrets?" She looked at him warily.

"Shelby?" he moved closer.

"Sorry I've got to go."

She heaved, "I...I'll tell you when I return." she shrugged out of his arm and ran straight to her car and drove straight to Candice place while dailing her number.

Candice rose groggily, she was wrapped in Kyle's arm on the floor with the duffel around them, she winked as she rose slowly, her thigh hurts as f**k, she grinned, then kicked him lightly, the bastard he had practically held on to her release till she agreed to exclusive with him, she scoffed now she's got a motherfucking boyfriend, she picked his phone which has stopped ringing, it was will calling, she check the time, it was past 8, she winked as she picked her dress up, Kyle certainly wasn't joking when he said she won't have the time to think of other men, she certainly doesn't wish for another man right now, she dress up then check her phone, she had had 14 missed calls, all from Shelby, she kicked Kyle awake as she dial Shelby number, she wasn't picking.

"Huh." Kyle tried to pull her towards him, "why did you get dressed?"

She jolt out of his reach, "you should leave."

"What?" he's eyes widen.

"I need you to leave." she picked a shoe and wore it.

"I thought we are over this."

"Yeah." she picked her phone and dialed Shelby again.

"Then why the hell..."

She picked his clothes then handed them to him.

"Seriously, you just promise to share everything with me."

"No I didn't." she handed him his phone, "what we had was s*x and I never keep the promise i make during s*x, never had, never will, so get your sorry ass out, I've got somewhere to be."

"f**k this!" He threw his shirt down, "I told you I was done playing games, so why don't you start talking?"

"Fine, stay here then." she turned and headed to the door but Kyle was quicker, he went downstairs.

Candice looked at him unbelievably.

"Good, why not start talking, the quicker you are, the sooner you can get on your way."

"Seriously, you can't do this right now, the kids or Shelby could be in danger for all we know."

He dialed Will's line, he picked at the first ring.

"Are the kids okay?"

"Sure, we are fine."

Kyle hung up then looked at her, "try another line."

Candice exhaled angrily, "as much as I'll love to whip your ass, right now, my friend needs me." She showed him the missed calls.

"Fourteen....what happened?" he exclaimed.

"That I'll find out as soon as you open the door."

"How am I supposed to know that this wasn't plan by you ladies, if something was wrong with Shelby, Will will be the first to know." Kyle dialed Will's number again.

"As if, we both know they don't do talks, they just fuck."

Kyle shrugged, "hey bro." he spoke into his phone.

"I thought you said you would invite Shelby over to help with the kids."

"Yeah, I did but she ran out like an hour ago... Before I could even say jack..."

"Seriously?" he looked at Candice who was pent up with frustration.

"What is it?" Will asked from the opposite end.

"She gave Candice 14 missed call and her line's no longer through."

"I'll try calling her." will hang up, just as someone knocked the door.

"Knock knock!" Shelby banged on the door.

"Coming." Candice extended her hand for the keys which Kyle handed willingly as he don his shirt and tried to make himself decent

"If something happened to my friend and I wasn't able to help because of your stupid ego... I'm done with you."

"Bang bang!!" Shelby hit the door again.

Candice went to the door and opened it.

Shelby stormed in immediately.

"Shelby!" they both exclaimed then Candice's hugged her, "thank God, you gave me a fright."

"I'm....I'm sorry." she looked from Kyle to Candice, "my... are...are you guys back together?"

"No." Candice replied.

"Yes." Kyle replied.

"Don't mind him, after the stunt he pulled on me, I'm definitely done with him."

Shelby manage a smile the pulled Candice's to the stairs, "I know you guys tend to share everything when you are in a relationship..."

"I don't...I told you, I aren't."

"Yeah I get it but if you ever decide to, please do not tell him my involvement in the kids disappearance."

"Shelby?" Candice exclaimed then check for eavesdroppers, "we promised never to talk about it again and even Janice doesn't allow it, so why would I?"

"I know, I know I just... I don't know why, I just panicked, I like what I have with Will but he can...He might end it if he discovers."

"I won't tell, those boys cannot be trusted with anything."

"I know, I know you won't, I just, I don't know what came over me, I..."

Candice pulled her closer then hugged her, "I understand the fear and I promise to never talk about it without your permission."

Shelby grinned, "so how is it going with Mr innocent?"

She shrugged, "he's a good f**k though."

"Says the woman who just panic over in fear of her f**k buddy discovering her secret."

Kyle lifted her and took her in, "get a glass of water." he laid her on the sofa, "I think she's coming to." he called out to Candice who was just returning with the water.

"What happened?" she asked groggily as she came awake.

"You fainted and scared the s**t out of me." Candice gave her the water.

"Sorry the climb most have taken a toll off me."

"Climb?"

"Yeah, the elevator wasn't working so I..."

"What the f**k, you took the stair?"

"I've never taken the stairs and I've been coming here for more than 15 years" Kyle says.

She returned the glass to Candice, "sorry I wasn't exactly thinking."

"Well you scared two years out of my life."

She chuckled, "I guess I'm indebted to you in my second life too."

Candice grinned, "that doesn't sound like a terrible deal to me."

Candice moved closer and hugged her, "you really did scare me, l've never seen you pass out, not even under extreme pressure."
