CHAPTER 2

Sarah POV

I was late for the office. Thank god the senior manager did not scold me because the boss and he went to pick the CEO of Babel. Lucky me, after this I was discussing the project with my teammates. Suddenly I felt like someone was staring at me, I turned back to see whether anyone was watching me, but there was no one. I don't know what's wrong with me. I never felt like this before. Then I ignored this feeling and once again continue to do my work. After lunch, we had a meeting with the Babel CEO. Most of my teammates were nervous, at the meeting our boss introduced Mr. Lucifer to everyone. He wore a black shirt with a dark blue suit. For a second I thought I was watching an International model(damn he looks so handsome). Then I came back to my senses. Then I explained project details to them. Everyone was satisfied with it. While leaving the meeting room my boss called me and he personally introduced me to Lucifer. Then I saw his eyes, he has blue eyes, just like ocean color. His eyes were mesmerizing. He gave me his hand I was so lost that I forgot to give my hand for a handshake. Seeing my reaction he smiled at me, I felt so embarrassed of my behavior. Myself Sarah, junior manager of this company, nice to meet you, sir. And I'm looking forward to working with your company. He smiled once again and told that he was impressed by my work. At the time senior manager called me, so I excused myself from there. And thanked him inside my mind for calling me.

Lucifer POV

I freshen up and got ready to go to work. Then HC company owner and the senior manager came to pick me up. In the company manager was telling about their company achievements and award achieved, and how the employees work. Then suddenly I saw that girl from morning in a room. That room was in opposite direction, and that room was having transparent glasses, so I can see everything clearly from this room. She was discussing something with her colleagues. She was deeply involved in her work, she was looking so beautiful. She put her pen in her mouth while going through a few documents. She was biting her pen and licking her lips whenever she didn't understand something. Then suddenly she turned back as someone called her. If this room glass was not tiled she could have seen me. An afternoon in the meeting room when she saw me, she stood like a statue in her place. then she regained her consciousness. She was explaining about the project, I was so impressed by her work. She was so perfect. And while leaving the meeting room her boss called her to introduce. Then she saw my eyes and was lost in her thoughts. I gave my hand but she was so lost in her own world that she forgot to introduce herself. I smiled at her reaction. Then she regained herself and introduced herself. "Myself Sarah, junior manager of this company, nice to meet you, sir. And I'm looking forward to working with your company." She was so formal, she was not like other girls, who falls on me if they get a chance. And her voice was so sweet. Then I smiled and told her that I was impressed by her work. Chetan who was standing beside me was shocked to see me smiling and complimenting her. Then she excused herself for there.

Evening me and Chetan went to the pub. So that I can stop thinking about Sarah. We ordered our drinks and we were talking about random things. Chetan is my best friend. His father was my father's personal bodyguard. So he use to come to our home then we became friends. And know he is working as my personal bodyguard. I never wanted him to be my bodyguard. But he is so stubborn he never listens to me. When we were talking me and Chetan saw two girls who were enjoying themselves. In them, one girl was wearing a black bodycon dress. Her back was facing me, and when she turned around she was Sarah. What a coincidence I saw her three times in a day. And now I was getting impatient to know about her. Then I told Chetan that I want her information at my table by tomorrow morning.
