I could sense Ash’s distress. The lycans surrounded me, preparing to take me down, but what they weren’t prepared for is the full extent of the power of a royal beast. Sheba roared. Her mate was calling to her, and she was going to answer. She lunged at the lycan closest to her and grabbed him by the throat. Using him as a weapon, she swung his body around, knocking the other lycans back before she threw him at another lycan like a projectile. She cracked two of the lycan’s heads together before grabbing another and slamming his skull into the ground. The remaining lycans looked at each other with abject fear and turned and fled.
