The recorder went silent as I sat back in my seat and thought over what I had just heard. There was certainly a lot to ponder. First, how much should I tell my family? I feel like Josh isn’t trustworthy what with the amount of lies he told tonight alone. Could I even trust what he said in his final recording? It did make sense to an extent. A thirst for power leads to the worst type of corruption. Hm. But what about the things he said about the two spies? I guess that’s an easy thing to verify by reaching out to my uncle first and finding out if there is an omega named Philip who was on patrol the day of Amy’s death. No telling if they keep those kinds of records, but I can’t know until I ask.
