Ash POV
Teddy teetered on his feet. I carefully set down Thor and Eman. Thor was more coherent than the rest of the group, but I still didn't fear that he'd try anything. I was going to try and catch Teddy, but someone beat me to it. Liz. She gently caught Teddy and laid him down, laying her hands gently on his chest and breathing a sigh of relief. She looked up at me, and I saw her tears coursing down her cheeks.
"I thought you were going to die. I was so scared, Ash. How could you do that to me? You can't leave me to live forever without you!" She cried.
I went right to her and pulled her into my arms. She shook and cried into me. It felt so comforting to hold her.
