Dylan’s POV
It has been a couple of weeks since the attack and I was frustrated with the lack of leads so far. I had no clue what the Alpha’s received in their box, no one did, because they refused to tell us. Charlie on the other hand has also come up short on any new leads using magic as it seemed that the attacker used a great deal of power to mask their trail. So far, the only conclusion that I have is that they needed to meet so that we could have a little show and tell. “Charlie just be reasonable. You’re an adult for f*cks sake” I was on the phone with her, arguing back and forth. “Dylan, there has to be another way to get the information that you need without exposing me” She begged. “Charlie I love you but you’ve pushed me past my limit.
