Two weeks ago*
“Baby girl”, the twins both say in unison and I freak out silently as my eyes widen and my mood dampens to see them enjoying my flustered state.
For every step I take backwards, they advance towards me and before I run out of porch, our slow game is interrupted.
“Sorry Alpha, Alpha, we have a situation that is needed to be discussed immediately.”
