Levi finally left last night after my mother got home from work, It was late and after everything all I wanted to do was sleep.

I have so many questions but no answers, how does Levi think he can protect me better than my own mother or the police?

Or who could possibly be stalking me. why does my own mother act so weird around Levi or even the subject of him. How does Alex and Luca know so much about computers and security?

The more I think about everything the more questions I have the bigger all of this seems.. Just two weeks ago I was a straight A student with two best friends and no problems, why now when I'm so close to graduating. I know Levi told me not to tell my mother, but I feel like she can protect me better if she knows everything that has been going on.

Usually when my mother gets home she gets in her pajamas has a glass of wine and she'll watch TV for an hour or so. I decide to wait till i knew she had at least finished her first glass before i tell her everything.

As i sit down on the couch next to her , i feel nervous, I don’t wanna be sent away from my school friends and especially not Levi.

Okay, I know something is wrong so why don’t you just start talking so we can start figuring out how to fix it. “Mom Says”

So i have word vomit and just start telling her everything.

It felt like hours have passed since i told her, she hasn’t said anything maybe she thinks I’m joking and is waiting for the punch line.

Out of nowhere she gets up and started drinking her wine right from the bottle, “Okay maybe this was to much for her”

We have to move..”Mom Say’s”

Wait mom, What do you mean we have to move, I have a couple months till graduation. Can’t we just go to the police and they can catch whoever is doing this. We can’t just up and move.”I tell her”

You don’t understand, I thought we had more time, that you were safe.”Mom Say’s”

Okay, mom you have totally lost me. Do you know who is stalking me?

Honey their’s a reason your father isn’t around, I know we never talk about him and their’s a good reason for it, His life style is the reason he isn’t around, I wont have you around it. “Mom Says’

Mom what are you saying, you making it seem like my father’s a gangster. “I tell her”

Okay maybe i need to explain from the beginning, as you know i had you when i was only 22, i had meant your father over the summer break from college, he swept me right off of my feet, i fell in love with him so fast.One night we were on a date and someone started shooting at us, i ended up getting shoot in my leg, while at the hospital we found out we were pregnant. I knew i had to do whatever it took to keep you safe, i knew staying with your father wouldn’t. So i did the only thing i could think of i asked my family for help and they moved me here.

I told your father i was gonna move away that being with him was to dangerous, that his life style wasn’t what I wanted for myself or my baby. Your father was to be the next Don of the Mafia… “My Mother Say’s”

I’m sitting here speechless, As my mother stands there waiting on me to say something,

I honestly just wanna go to bed and pretend none of today happened.

Mom, are you saying that my family is the mafia, Wait let me make it clear, He’s the leader the Don, what the hell does that make me the Priness of the damn Mafia.?

How could you not tell me mom.. Wait, what does my father have to do with my stalker?

Actually, their’s more, A few years ago your father came to see me at work, He said that people knew about me and about you, some very bad people, you father couldn’t stop them by force, they had picture’s of me and picture’s of you, they told your father that if he agreed to a marriage alliance they would back off. That we all would be safe, that you could finish school. Your father thought we would have more time, you would move away for college then nobody would find you. “My mom Says”

Wait is that why you act so funny when Levi’s name is brought up or when you seen him the other day,, because you knew i would have to move way to be safe. This whole time my father has known exactly where we are..that we actually took off on him, not the other way around.

Were you ever gonna tell me, that my father signed my life away. What were you waiting on.”I tell Her”

I didn’t want you to live your life with this hanging over you, this is why i work so hard. I was gonna tell after graduation and get you a ticket and place to live far from here, so you cold live the life i always wanted for you.”my Mother Say’s”

So what do we do now, someone is following me watching me, how do we know I’m really safe?”I Ask Her”

While for starters im gonna try to get a hold of your father to let him know what’s going on, then i need you to tell Levi what i told you tonight. I believe he can protect you, I can’t tell you how, It’s not my place. I want you to try to never be alone right now. Just in case someone is trying to take you by force.

So you want me to tell my boyfriend who i just started dating that I’m some kind of mafia princess thats got a future husband out there that i don’t know.I can barely wrap my head around everything myself. “I Say”

I will tell Levi tomorrow and if he agrees to help ill have him stay at the house with me till you get home from work, I want to talk to my father when you reach him, see how he plans to get us out of this whole mess. I’m gonna go to bed, Levi will be here in the morning to take me to school.
