The light that was gone for years came back to Maria and this time it wasn’t any aged woman but her very own sister, Janine. She quickly rush to hug her tightly and cry in to her arms, wailing like a little child who has just found his mom after losing his way for years.
She was hugged back with the warmth she has been missing for years and her heart thumps at the joy of finally being with someone who loves and cares for her.
“Where have you been Janine? I’ve missed you so much” she cried over and over without catching a breathe.
Janine hold her tight and apologize for being a bad sister who had left her for years without checking on her once.
They both held each other for a long while, letting their heart reminiscing the reunion and when they were satisfied, they let go.
“is this how you felt back then?” Maria asked her after taking a seat beside her in front of the burning fire.
Janine smiled and kissed her forehead without saying a word to answer her question, she look at her with pitiful gaze for all the pains and sufferings she has been through the past years.
None of it matters now, at last, we are together and happy” she said and hugged Janine’s arm feeling relaxed and free but the sweet face looking Janine turned into a fierce looking monster.
Red fire shoots from her eyes as she pushed Maria away and glared at her in anger, Maria was quite taken back and she shook in fright.
“You are going to forgive them for all what they have done to you?” she asked sounding so furious that Maria feared she might hurt her.
“You have to take revenge! For every single hurt they’ve given to you, you must repay in folds” she screamed out loud.
Maria was forced to protect her ears from getting blasted by the scream and in a short while, all the sufferings, bad things and the pains that she had passed through so far seem to come rushing at her.
In that moment, she could feel the hatred of those who had sneered at her, punished and hated her for no cause. The hurt of her mate rejecting her makes things worst and she grabbed her chest when the pain becoming unbearable for her.
It felt like all the pains and sorrows were being thrown at her and her heart was going to explode from the flame of agony.
Albeit, she take her hands off her chest and let the pains dwell inside her house creating a huge space for it to sow deep down. The memory of her death stung her the most and she clenched her fist letting her nails crushed her palms as blood boozed from them.
All she wanted was to live her life quietly but even when she wouldn't fight back, she was not allowed a moment of peace. In her weakness, she was taken advantage of and made to suffer out of jealousy.
Maria started to think of all those who wronged her and the more their pictures appeared in her sight, she clenched hard on her fist and the rage build up s mountain of hatred in her.
“I’ll kill them all” she swear.
Seeing that she has achieved her aim, the Red wolf decided to take on it own appearance and the woman who had appeared to her before appear yet again.
“Now you understand…the Red wolf is a spirit of vengeance and your ancestors worshiped it for that purpose”
“It is a promise that your ancestors had made to always serve it and in return it gives you the power to pay back whoever has hurt you”
“So…Are you ready to accept you fate now?” she asked
Maria nod her head readily and watch the woman become the red wolf, it was full of energy this time as it charged towards her and in a split second, it disappeared inside of her.
She went flying off the earth and was thrown up high into the clouds, Maria close her eyes to accept her fate and new identity. It could be that it was her fate all along and she had just delayed it by being stubborn.
Whatever the consequences would be in the future, she will accept it just as long as she was able to get her revenge on Lena and make her bleed out blood just as she has made her.
Not only Lena but even her mate who was supposed to protect her but would rather abandon her to the dreadful hands of his love interest and everyone else who assisted in making her life miserable.
She felt her feet on earth again and opened her eyes, it blazes out blue flame and she could feel powers blooming inside of her, with a crooked smile she declared…
“it’s pay back time!”

Lucky Stan close his eyes and allow his wolf instinct direct the right path for him, his body trembles a bit as he does this and the able bodied men that stood behind watched in anticipation.
He open his eyes and began to walk again, they all followed after him without each having their questions and thoughts in them but none has the courage to say a word of their doubts about their new leader.
After four years of struggling and internal conflict admist the pack family, they finally have a descendant from the Stan to take the authority once again.
The last Alpha was a brutal and evil leader who eliminated anyone that he saw as threats including his own families who he saw as a threat to his authority.
However, since this new Alpha take authority, the only thing on his mind was finding the Red wolf and bringing them back to the family.
The day pf rampage when Janine Leaner, the Red wolf has gone crazy and wild killing almost every packs members, the family has come to dread the descendants of the ominous wolf so much and so they did not receive the desire of their new Alpha with good heart.
To everyone in the family, finding and bringing back any of the descendants was accepting the traitors back and also endangering the pack family's lives.
For the past seventy two hours, they’ve been in the forest searching for survives. The pack wasn’t sure what their new Alpha has but he kept directing them.
“Over here” he directed and everyone held down their groans.
They walked forward a bit with Lucky walking forward, just few steps, he hit his leg on something and look down with his wolfy eyes to see what it was.
Lying on the grasses was the one he has been searching for, his face light as he receive the confirmation that she is the one and he quickly bend to examine her properly.
As he move his face closer to the body lying on the floor, the eyes flung open and it startled him causing him to jump back in fright.
Everyone also move back at the sudden reaction and their eyes focus on the person lying on the floor.
“Hi, do you want my help?” he asked as she sat up staring at him.
She didn’t hesitate to take his hand and he pull her up, the rest stares at this strange person that was lying looking dead few seconds ago and also worried about the blood stain all over her body.
“The hand that appears before you, take it and with it, you will have your revenge on every one who has hurt you”
After listening to the last words of the aged woman, Maria woke up back to reality and immediately took the hand stretched to her.
With this hand, she promised herself to use it as a tool for her revenge.
