I strolled into the office building of Boston group,and immediately a woman whom I later got to know as Katie welcomed me "I v been expecting you,let's go meet the boss we both have been expecting you,she led me to a door,she knocked and a cold voice answered us"come",she pushed the door opened and spoke to the boss,"sir,miss Armstrong is here for the take over""put her through Katie,am very busy ""okay sir"was the reply,and they went back to her office,where she began to put her through ."Mr Boston is really a nice man, behind all that coldness lies a very sweet human"she added,two hours later, they decided to go for a break after working tirelessly without stopping for a second ."Lemme tell you a secret,she said"his fiancée is wicked witch,try as much as possible to avoid her, tolerate her if possible,but avoid her if necessary ".I took the advice more seriously,cos I don't wanna find myself in an impossible situation,my mom's health has humbled me because there is never enough money to take care of her,i v sold virtually everything I have,getting this job is my only resolve.we went for lunch,Katie introduced to everyone as the new secretary that is replacing her as she will be going for maternity leave in two days ,I feel my heart skipped for a second with the thought of working with the cold unknown boss, everyone welcomed me ,we were at the office canteen it was obvious everyone knew each other
