Vivica’s POV We remained in silence as the elevator descended to the ground floor. The doors opened and he stepped out first;I simply trailed behind. As we approached the entrance, he looked back and stretched out his hand. “You are lagging behind.” I scurried to close the space between us and slid my hand into his.
