My heart aches as I watch Kallisto staring at me in horror. However, I remind myself that she doesn't understand the gravity of this moment.
Slowly, Harry backs away from Kallisto. I close the door behind me, glaring at him.
"You're going off-script."
"I told her that she's a shifter," Harry contends.
"Did you also tell her why Eclipse probably put her up for sale?" I ask, walking into the bedroom.
"Take me home, Dad," Kallisto pleads.
Harry rubs Kallisto's back, growling at me. "You don't have clean hands here, Apex. Eclipse may have sold her, but you stole her."
