Paige I awoke the next day feeling like s**t frozen over. My muscles ached like I had the flu and my mouth was a desert that even having a cup of coffee from the tiny machine in the hotel room and a bottle of water didn't quench. "Cool tattoo." Daniel nodded to me. "Wha-oh, thanks." Couldn't exactly tell him it was a bargain with the goddess of the dead. Emily flounced into the room with a wide-brim hat on. "Hey, there you are. Care to go shopping today? We haven't spent any time together this whole trip." She pushed out her bottom lip into a pout. She was right. The only reason I was even here in Greece was because as my bestie, she'd helped me get on the plane despite my fear of heights. And as much as I needed to learn how to control fire's magic, I did need a freaking break more.
