"What would you have me do against the King of the Gods?" she asked, stroking her dog who whined again like whatever was coming was going to skin him alive.
Why didn't she seem afraid? "I don't know. Something. Zap me topside to safety like you did before when you brought me here the first time."
"That wasn't right under Zeus' nose. He'll be able to trace the energy signature to you no matter where I send you."
"Then hide me." I backed up, fearing Zeus would appear any second. "Please."
