Chapter 3: The devil's trick.

Meanwhile in the plane almost all the team were studying the necessary for the very first mission, except Andrew because he believed that it doesn't matter do not have too much knowledge about the culture-

" It doesn't matter even i do not speak french and almost all my partners can take over about it" he thought.

He just sight in signal of frustration, although all the scientists that were involved in the mission, had a lots of understanding for the limits of the knowledge of the others, Andrew felt like he was a hindrance, even if his mates don't told him nothing, maybe it was because his awful past in his family they always expected too much about him, since he was a kiddo, his parents always demanded him not just a good notes, they demanded a superior quality results.

Almost all the people would think that it made a bad or bitter person of Andrew, but in the other way he was so joyful, warm, funny and kind, but inside his heart he had a big insecurities about himself due his parents, he always felt insufficient before any test, work, experiment, or situation, but he never showed up this insecurities as it is, he disguised his insecurities in way of humor and jokes.

The only person who knows his secret about his past, was Lucille she discovered one day; exactly the day when she started in the WIC company, accidentally she entered in a wrong lab, and she saw Andrew so blue and trying to hide his wet eyes with his rubbing his arms against his face, sobbing like a baby while his other hand was holding a screwdriver.

"Hey boy what is happening?" said Lucille then she approached him.

While she gently touched his shoulder indicating that she supported him, suddenly Andrew hugged her without stop his sobbing,

" Nobody was interested in my feelings before!"he responded.

"Listen, I am not sure why you were crying like this, but even if I do not know you, I am here for you, and maybe I don't have all the answers for makes you feel better now, but I am here" Lucille just answered.

After she hugged him back until he stopped his sob. Finally he was relaxed.

" My name is Andrew and of course my horse obviously we are friends now I mean you saw me sobbing as a little baby, so I have to threaten you" Lucille said.

He just crossed his arms and made a funny grin trying to impose, then Lucille laughed out loud.

"Ok, ok, but if I will be involved in this due you threaten I demand to know why you were crying"he added.

So she tried to made a grin like a business lady from a television show, so they laugh a lot.

Andrew finally let it out a deep sight.

" Ok my dear new friend Lucille, is really hard to me opened myself like this but maybe is your adorable wink in your eye or your crooked glasses, that inspired me confidence, so... well My family never let me live my life as a kiddo, teenager or a young man, because they were poor so as you know all scientists in 2040 earn a lots of money and since the day that they discovered, that I was a genius they exploited me every single day to study and if I refused they punished me not just physically even emotionally, but I have to recognized that I am a such a resilient person, I mean I never wanted to commit suicide or be a criminal, so now always before I made any work, investigation, experiment, any situation make me feel like I am not enough so I try to deal with my humorous way to be, but sometimes is not easy and I break down in tears, because I feel that I didn't do all that I was in my hands" he said.

In that moment Lucille looked at Andrew and remember all the things that he told her.

" Hey Andrew just for tell you that you do not have to be so hard with yourself, I mean all we know you are an amazing and clever boy, and we know that it does not matter if you do not speak french; remember you speak two others languages that others do not speak like japanese and russian, try to do not think about that."she texted him.

Then he searched for Lucille in her seat in the plane for smiled at her, after she smiled back while with her right hand made a thumbs up.

A lightness invaded Andrew's body, then he started to study the information even if he does not french because he felt animated with the Lucille's text.

The time passed out an in the distance all the view changed a lot they saw a beautiful rural french paradise, and they arrived to the first place, they went down of the plane, and walked to a tiny but pretty house in the fields, Melany stood up in front the door's house

In this instant a little boy opened the white door very slowly.

"Are you the heroes?"the boy asked

"Do you think we look like a heroes?"said Lucille.

" Yes, you do" The little boy answered.

He smiled and jumped in the entry, afterwards.

"We are scientists, almost like a heroes, I think so" Carol claim with a very proud voice.

Abruptly a high scream sounds inside the tiny house.

"Hurry up! is my father, he fell asleep again and the devil will go out from my father's head" the boy said.

As soon as possible the kid ran into his house, guiding the team, they ran into the little house, Melany approached to the man for measure his signs, the others prepare their stun guns and the equipment, suddenly the man started to convulse too hard, in a few seconds something awfully came out from the man's head, the team watched the roof they saw the horrible nightmare, a devil who was walking in the roof, talking in Latin, Andrew with Lucille and Carol prepared the nightmarezed to fight with horrible creature, inside the man's mind.
