With a sigh of annoyance, Georgia did as she was told. Between the five of them, it took forty-five minutes to hang the lights. Not that they were good enough for her sister, who spent a further forty-five minutes up the ladder fiddling with them. It didn’t matter she was having a giggle with Daisy and Paul, who were both wrapped up warm, complete with scarves and gloves. While her sister was faffing about with the lights, Daisy took her mobile out, found some Christmas songs on Spotify and put them on loud speaker, giving them all that magical Christmas feeling, as they hung decorations in the cold afternoon air.
