A & C Parker: Prologue

"Eli"

*knock knock

"Zandra!"

"Alezandra Elise Parker!"

Eli fell off her bed at the banging sound of her bedroom door opened.

She sat up on the floor with a sleepy frown on her face.

"Seriously, Sia?" Eli said.

"Get up already. Andra and Ivo will be here in 15 minutes and you've barely woken up" Sia scolded.

Eli's eyes widened and immediately stood up and ran to the bathroom.

15 minutes.

She had 15 minutes before her cousins Andra and Ivo come to their home.

They had planned to go on a trip together for the weekend and she had overslept on the day they planned it.

Zandra rushed to the bathroom and shut the door before scrambling to the shower.

"Oh for fcks sake, Alezandra" Eli scolded herself.

She turned on the shower, stripped and got inside.

"AHH! Damn it!" she cussed when the water was too cold and she adjusted the temperature.

"Don't take too long!" Sia reminded from outside the bathroom.

"I'll try my best!" Eli shouted back.

Eli rushed to take a shower and when she was done, she wrapped herself in her bathrobe and wrapped her wet hair with a towel on the top of her head.

She got out of the bathroom and walked over to her closet.

Eli quickly picked out a floral print lace up crop tube top paired with beige wide leg tailored pants and light brown chunky heeled mule sandals.

She then sat in front of her vanity table and dried her hair with her hair blower.

The bedroom door opened and she turned her head to see her cousins coming in.

"I knew it" Andra immediately said.

Eli sheepishly smiled as Ivo and Sia also came behind Andra.

"Sorry. I might have overslept a bit" Eli said.

The 3 chuckled as they went inside the room and sat on Eli's bed.

Andra was wearing a coffee brown patched contrast color long sleeve polo shirt paired with white high waist denim shorts and white sneakers.

Andra's straight hair was let down and styled and she wore a black beaded necklace and a silver watch on her wrist.

On the other hand, Ivo was wearing white layered frill detail schiffy slip dress with a khaki cardigan paired with white sneakers.

Ivo's hair was in a messy bun style and she wore a silver necklace and silver bracelet on her wrist.

Lastly, Sia was wearing a white solid mock neck rib knit bodysuit paired with coffee brown solid zip up straight leg pants and white ruched chunky heeled mule sandals.

"Y'all look pretty af" Eli complimented her girls as she finished drying her hair.

Eli grabbed her curling iron and started curling her hair into big waves.

"I like your fit. It looks good" Andra complimented her bestfriend.

Eli smiled.

"Yeah but won't your sandals become uncomfortable for driving?" Sia pointed out.

"Oh please. Eli can drive with stilettos on if she wanted to" Ivo commented.

Everyone chuckled.

"Exactly" Eli said.

Eli finished her hair and started putting makeup on as the girls watched her.

"Have you guys even had breakfast yet?" Eli asked curiously.

"No" Andra said.

"Not yet" Ivo also answered.

"Obviously not" Sia said.

Eli chuckled.

"Drive thru?" they all said in unison.

They giggled together.

Eli finished her makeup and grabbed her bags and keys.

"Let's go, ladies" Eli said.

Everyone got up and headed downstairs where Eli and Sia's mom were.

"Are you guys going already?" Eli and Sia's mom asked.

"Yes, aunt Estella. We'll just get our food in a drive thru" Andra told Eli and Sia's mom.

Eli and Sia kissed their mom goodbye and then their brother appeared.

"Hi, Ales" Ivo greeted Eli and Sia's brother.

"Hi, girls" Ales greeted them as he came down from the stairs and approached his sisters.

"You guys are leaving already?" Ales asked as he gave Eli and Sia a kiss on the cheek.

"Yeah. We'll be back on Sunday afternoon" Eli told him.

Ales nodded.

"You ladies take care and stir away from trouble" he said and specifically glanced at his eldest sister Eli.

"What?" Eli asked innocently and everyone chuckled at her reaction.

Everyone said goodbye and they walked out of of the house.

"You girls be careful, okay?" Eli and Sia's mom reminded from the terrace as they opened the car doors.

"Yes, auntie! Andra and Ivo answered.

"Yes, mom!" Eli and Sia responded.

Eli got in the driver's seat and Andra got inside the shotgun seat while Sia and Ivo got inside the passenger seat.

Everyone settled in inside the car as they put their seat belts on and Eli started the car's engine.

"You girls ready?" she asked with an excited smile on her face.

"Yes!" the girls replied enthusiastically.

Eli smiled and she started driving.

Their first stop would be McDonald's to get their breakfast and first meal of their trip.

The girls often hang out together. They go on trips, sleepovers and even live together in the same apartment for university.

They've all known each other since childhood and has known each other for majority of their lives.

They have a bond like no other.

"Oh yeah. I almost forgot. Can someone please grab my camera in my bag? We cannot not record this trip for our collection" Eli said.

"I'll get it" Sia volunteered and she grabbed Eli's bag and got her camera.

"Give it. I'll set it up in front" Andra said and Sia gave Andra the camera.

Andra started recording as she set up the camera and then they arrived at the parking lot of McDonald's and Eli drove to the drive thru lane behind another car.

Eli stopped the car for a moment.

"Hi, guys! It's the Parkers here" Eli started the introduction and pointed at Andra.

"I'm Cassandra Parker" Andra introduced herself and pointed at Ivo.

"I'm Chantal Ivory Parker aka Chantal" Ivo then introduced herself and pointed at Sia.

"I'm Alessia Quinn Parker aka Alessia" Sia introduced herself as well and then looked at Eli.

"I'm Alezandra Elise Parker" Eli finally introduced herself.

"And we're the Parkers"
