11. THAT LUCKY BASTARD

Baekhyun's POV

I found Taemin waiting for me by the cafeteria door. I introduced him to D.O and Luhan and soon we had settled on a table in the middle of the cafeteria. 

"Hello." A tall slim guy with blond hair joined us a few minutes later.

"Baek, this is our friend Tao but we all call him panda. Tao, this is Baekhyun and this is Taemin." D.O made introductions.

"Why Panda?" I didn't hesitate to ask.

"First, he looks like a panda. Second, he has a wicked kungfu skills like kungfu panda," Luhan said and Tao smiled.

"Nice to meet you, Tao." Taemin and I said at the same time.

"Nice to meet you two. Are you guys twins?" Tao asked and we both burst into laughter.

"We only met for the first time yesterday and we are not even related," I responded with a smile.

"You are like the 10th person who has asked us that question today," Taemin said, "Do we really look like much alike?" He asked.

"You two kind of do look alike, but it's all good," Tao responded before digging into his lunch.

I turned to my lunch tray that was overflowing. As I have mentioned before. I love food.

"Are you sure you want to eat all that?" Luhan asked and I gave him a D.O glare.

"Do you have a problem with my eating habits?" I asked.

"No...no i-it's just that you are so small and you eat so much," Luhan stuttered a bit now scared.

"You don't get the energy to throw a flying kick from salad. You get it from real food. Anyway, I don't gain any weight. I gave up trying to grow bigger when I was 16. Puberty had done its job and I accepted my cute petite sexy body as it is," I responded with a smile and everyone laughed.

"I like you Baek. You're cool," Tao said and I gave him a genuine smile. I didn't have to pretend I was enjoying their company. We were all naturally getting along.

"So, what brought you guys to EXO Island? We don't usually get a lot of overseas students," D.O asked.

"If you want to know, my parents forced me to come here to woo a prince. Which is utterly ridiculous," I said as I rolled my eyes in annoyance. I still couldn't get over the fact that I'm actually here for that.

"Wait a minute. Both of you are part of the ten candidates for the prince?" D.O, Luhan and Tao responded in shock.

"Yes." Taemin and I responded at the same time. If we keep this up people are not going to believe that we are not related.

Before they could ask more questions, the bell rang signaling that lunch will end in 5 minutes.

"Guess it's time go back to class," Taemin said and I followed behind totally done with my mountain of food. Luhan looked pretty shocked I was able to finish everything. 

"Aren't you guys coming?" I asked when I realized D.O and Luhan weren't moving.

"We need to check something. We will see you in class," Luhan said.

"Okay," I said before leaving with Taemin and Tao.

Luhan's POV

"Explain why you needed me to stay behind. I have a lot of work to catch up on," D.O said giving Luhan a serious look but he got a smile in return. A devious smile.

"Baek is quiet a handful don't you think," Luhan said as they thought about their new friend.

"Yes, he is," D.O smiled remembering how Baekhyun single handedly took down Nick. It was very impressive, "He is strong, confident, direct and fearless".

"And he is totally Chanyeol's type," Luhan finished his statement.

"Do you know what else?" Luhan said as he pulled out his phone and showed D.O a picture.

"Oh no." D.O looked at the picture again just to be sure and it was definitely a picture of Chanyeol and Baekhyun at the club.

"Oh yes. He is our mystery guy from that night. Chanyeol must behaving the time of his life. Finally, that i***t can get what he wants for oncein his life. He must have saved a nation in his past life because this iscrazy. That lucky bastard," Luhan said and they both laughed.
