Love Vs Prosperity

When you have to choose between love and prosperity, love may not be your priority. In fact, love covers our weakness but not poorness. In the beginning of marriage, love is the main foundation of your relationship. As the time goes, love neither feed your hunger nor fulfil your need.
In the end, love is just a title. It’s reason why someone needed.
Jacob has lost his love, he could not lost his money. Lost her only love is more than enough. Since her only love betray him, he chose prosperity and comfort his heart with money. Loving Milea taught him that, love is only general word of money.
Jake could not forget the night, when his only loved betrayed him.
“This is a good scene, did you plan it with him?”
Milea nodded.
“I had no choice. I loved him. He is the only way we had” said Milea.
“No! He is your way not mine. I have no objection with this humble life! I’m happy with what I had. I’ve survived with you for five years.”
Milea sighed.
“You can! But I can’t. Love is important but….” Milea didn’t continue her words for she knew, Jacob love language is word of affirmation.
“This is the only think I can do for you. Please accept the money as the compensation. Our relationship won’t be success.”
Jake complained much. He had done so many think for his love. He did everything he could do to help Milea. To comfort her from famine. To encourage her. He even almost forget himself. The only reason he did all is her.
“I love you too Jacob. But we are not destined. David will kill both of us. I need to save your life. We both must survive! Please, let him run his plan. It’s only two years.
After your release, you can enjoy the money. You will be rich, and please finds someone better than me. I will sacrifice my life for us”
Jacob hearth beat almost stopped. Milea’s sacrificed herself for him? What a wonderful joke. How could she create such dramatically story. She is truly something.
“Milea, I owe you whole of my life” Jacob lied. “I will pray for your happiness. Anythime this bastard hurt you, please, be remained. I’ll be there for you”
I surely will laugh on you. You are bastard women that I ever loved.
Milea cried. She hugged his ex-boyfriend for the last time.
“Take care. I love you. Always” she said.
Leaving Jacob, Milea’s heart was full of joy. She never thought it would be as easy as this. Before this, Jacob obsessed to her. He would not let her go. Is money truly change his mind?
As the plan, police came to Jacob’s apartment. He was arrested for a murder.
“You killed your lover only for that simple reason?” asked Dela the psychiatrist.
Jacob has no reason to lie. The faster he spilled, the faster he would be released. David has prepared the scene too well. As an actor, his duty was acting as natural as he could.
If Milea can, why me not?
“You’ll start your two years treatment in Home of Healing.” Judge decided.
It was two months already. If he behaves well, the treatment will be less than two years. But stanger came to ruin his plan. Here is came a distraction.
“I gave you twenty four hours to think” Ryu’s warned.
“Don’t ever think, because you are here. Your life will be happily ever after. Sinner never get heaven slot!”
Time felt so slower since Ryu’s appearance today. How could someone found his sin? Is he one of David worker? Who is this guy? Is he came, to warn only? Is he truly as might as he talk?
So many questions, runs on Jacobs head. He had not meet many people before this. His loved to Milea gave him trauma. He believes no body but himself.
“We meet again tomorrow. I like to hear your answer before lunch”
Again, Jacob saw the clock on the main wall. Five minutes before lunch. He might do something. He has lost his lover, he should not lost his money.
Bell of lunch time was ringing. Ryu came to choose his menu.
“You chose exactly menus as yesterday.” Said the chef. “Something bother your mind?”
“Why do you think I have bothered?”
“Simple, the guy you have talked about did suicide five minutes before lunch time. If I were you, I will be bother much mentally. You were the last person who talk to”
Ryu’s surprised.
Doing suicide? It was not in his mind. Ryu’s rush to the nearest officer. He put his lunch. He lost his appetite.
“Can I help you?”
“Yes, I must call my lawyer”
Ryu’s calling was unexpected. Dean drives as fast as he could to hospital, to find out Jacob corpse.
“I can’t let anyone to see him. Did you his family or something?”
“No, I’m his lawyer” Dean lied to the doctor. “Sorry, his letter told us not to let anyone see his dead body. Please, understand it. It’s his privacy.”
“When the cremation be held?”
“Two minutes ago!”
“As those fast?” Dean’s complained again.
“It was his last will. I did nothing but make it come true”
Dean’s was angry, He reported it to his boss.
“We could not trust him. He is too arrogant! We could not help him! I’ll let him rotten in his chamber!”
Linah disagreed.
“Mr. Rich has his own plan! Get him out soon!”
“But????”
Mr. Ghost was not surprise at all? Ryu’s failed has been predicted? Then why he let this happened?
He even asked me to get him out as soon as possible.
“I must do what?”
Dean reapted his words reluctantly.
“Get him out now and close his case!”
This is wasting my time. If it was not him, it would not possible being done.
“What’s next?” asked Ryu to his lawyer after his released.
“Spend your life as normal and forget what had happened” Dean advised. “Your failure means everything. Thank you or the messy!”
