"Yoonjie-ah! hurry up, our guests are gonna be here soon!" mom exclaimed from downstairs.
I wore my earrings and I was ready to go downstairs. You're probably wondering who the guests are, ofcourse...it's the family of my 'soon to be husband' AKA the MINs.
I heard they were a good family, but when it comes to debts..debts are debts.
When we heard the doorbell rang, mom immediately went to welcome the guests to our home. We all went to the dining table as mom and Yoongi's parents were chattering.
They were really nice too! including Yoongi. My mom and his parents started to plan about the wedding, when and where it'll be held. They were choosing between a garden wedding or a private resort wedding I really like the thought of getting married on a beach though...
after eating, they started to discuss about the wedding cakes, and about our honey moon.
"Sure they can have a honey moon...but no grandchildren yet" Yoongi's mom laughed
"I agree" my mom laughed together with them.
"Yoongi, Yoonjie...maybe you want to go outside and get to know each other?" mom asked
Yoongi looked at me and then back at my mom. "Sure Mrs. Park" he smiled
He nodded his head to me as we both head out to the backyard.
We sat on the chairs as he spoke. "So you're Yoonjie...Jimin's sister"
"yup, the one and only" I replied
why do I feel comfortable with him?
"does your brother tell stories about me?' he asked
"No he doesn't. He never tells me stories about his friends" I chuckled
"I see...may I ask?"
"sure, what is it?"
"how did you agree on this...this...arranged marriage thingy?" He asked
"I'll do anything for my family especially for my mom" I replied
"anything huh?" he smirked "alright"
"how about you? how'd you agree to this?" I asked him
"I don't know, all I know is my parents are lowkey selling me" he said "I don't understand why I have to be married...why we have to go through this. We're teenagers..we're supposed to be f*****g free"
I just looked at him .
"you drink, right?" he asked
I nodded in response.
"I'll see you tomorrow 6 PM, I'll pick you up"
