As they settled into their seats on the plane, Sophia couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over her. She glanced over at Alessandro, who was busy reading a book, and smiled. She was grateful for the time they'd spent together in Paris, and she knew that their love had grown stronger because of it.

The flight attendants came by to offer them drinks, and Sophia opted for a glass of sparkling water. As she sipped it, she felt the bubbles tickle her nose and couldn't help but giggle.

Alessandro looked up from his book and raised an eyebrow. "What's so funny?" he asked, a hint of a smile on his face.

Sophia grinned. "Just the bubbles in my water," she said. "They're making me feel silly."

Alessandro chuckled and set his book aside. "I'm glad I can make you feel silly just by being near you," he said, reaching out to take her hand.

"Sophia, this is my sister, Alessia," Alessandro said, his voice filled with emotion.

Sophia's eyes widened in surprise. "You have a sister?" she asked.

Alessia smiled, but her eyes seemed to hold a hint of sadness. "We've been estranged for a long time," she said. "But I have some information that Alessandro needs to know."

Alessia nodded, a small smile on her face. "I knew I could count on you, Alessandro. But be careful. These people won't hesitate to use Sophia against you."
