Chapter 3 Being Saved

Elias Pov

I heard someone screaming and the a loud noise of something being thrown

My curiosity got the better of me .

What was going on? I threw on some clothes and walked across the street.

A car was parked in the driveway . Its not hers . Whatever's going on I'll find out .

I stood by the door frame and peeked in .

I saw her lying there , clearly unconscious.

A man .

"What are you looking at ,nosey f*****g neighborhood!"

He screamed at me to get out but my anger was boiling already.

I clenched my fists at my side.

"What did you do ?"

I could see he wouldn't let it go easily.

"I can do whatever I want she's my f****d up child ."He came closer .

"You got nothing to do with this and what will you do i anyway!"

This man is really working on my nerve right now . He stepped closer , looking me right in the eyes now.

"You better get out of here ,or else there's gonna be trouble."

I looked at him and stood my ground .

"No I think your the one that's supposed to get out."

He swinged a fist at me and it caught me in the eye .Shit .

So a fight is what you want.

Before he could rain another one on me I ducked and caught him right in his mid section.My arm around his throat squeezing

"I think it's time to get out of here !

I took him to the door .

"Elias?"

I heard her say.

I looked at her then my arm tightened on his throat.

"If I ever see you here again, I won't be so welcoming."

I threw him out and closed the door .

"Elias ."

she sounded in pain ,shock and she was calling for me .

I locked the door .I ran over to her.

Bent down and smoothed her hair .

"It's okay, he's gone and he won't be back anytime soon .I promise ."

"Thank you ."She said not moving much.

"Can you move ," I asked .

She tried but couldn't do much.

"Okay I'm going to pick you up, okay."

I lifted her slowly as a groan excaped her lips .

I had her in my arms.

"You saved me ..."

I looked at her and as the words came she drifted in a deep sleep again.

Just like sleeping beauty...
