Silas stared at her without blinking his eyes as Sara stared back with much intensity.
She looked dumbfounded but angry at the same time.
Slowly, she raised her hand and Silas' eyes followed her movement. He wondered what she was going to do.
Was she going to slap him again? Thinking of him as Silas this time?
He gulped but her hand politely landed on his forehead. A frown of concentration made its way up her forehead.
She sighed as she pulled her hand back.
“ The fever is gone, I think. ” She mumbled to herself as her eyes closed again.
What just happened?
Did she just wake up to see if he had a fever and she fell asleep again? He frowned and leaned in toward her to see if she was really sleeping.
