CHAPTER 3: WOMEN'S AND WEIRD FEELINGS

(Eleanor's POV)

It's been a week and I've been secretly spying on Radleigh. Gumawa na nga din ako ng pwesto dito sa katabing building. So far I didn't see anything suspicious after kong ma-recieve ang message na iyon. I don't know if Radleigh has already find me suspicious. Because of that message last week naisipan kong mag-lagay ng surveillance cameras in every corner of the house.

I peeked at my Barrett M82. This rifle was designed to destroy sensitive enemy equipment, like parked aircraft, radar units, trucks and various other important assets at long range. The Barrett M82 is also used as a long-range sniper rifle. It can neutralize enemy snipers at standoff range. This rifle can be also used to hit enemy soldiers that are hiding behind cover and walls, as its powerful ammunition can penetrate through bricks and concrete.

In this past week all Radleigh do is work and work, lumalabas naman s'ya minsan pero para lang makipag meet sa mga clients. I scanned his office pero wala na s'ya don. Wait what?! Nasa'n na 'yon?! Nando'n lang s'ya kanina ah?!

"Care to tell me why you're spying on your husband?" pesteng yawa muntikan na akong mahulog! Sino bang ponyet— ha- Papanong?

"R-Radleigh!! e-eh kasi," should I tell him? Maniwala ba naman s'ya? I don't know. In the end hindi ko na lang s'ya sinagot. Dinala n'ya ko pabalik sa office n'ya. I didn't left my g*n of course. Bawat dadaanan namin ay pinagtitinginan kami —ay ako pala dahil sa dala kong b***l. When we arrived at his office he sat on his swivel chair and then looked at me. As if he's telling me that he's waiting for my explanation.

"I'm waiting Eleanor don't make me angry." he said in his eyes closed. Teka pano ko ba sisimulan? Is this the end of my mission? Eh kung patayin ko nalang kaya s'ya? Pero teka hindi ba't asawa ko s'ya?! bakit ko s'ya papatayin?! But being a dedicated assassin goes first! Ugh! nababaliw na ata ako. In the end I decided to just tell him about the threat I received last week. In that way my secret’s still safe.

"Uh kase nakatanggap ako ng—"

" threat." teka pano nya— Did he actually knew all along?! He sighed and stood up to walk closer to me. He held both of my shoulders and looked intently into my eyes.

"Hindi ko alam kung anong ginagawa mo do'n kanina at kung bakit may dala kang b***l ngayon. But I am your husband, whether it's because of the contract or not. And I didn't like how you acted on your own. Hayaan mo akong protektahan ka." t-teka ano ba tong mga sinasabi n'ya?! feeling ko nag-init ang mga pisngi ko! I probably look like a tomato right now. Fcvk this is so not me.

" M-May tulo ba utak mo?! Kung ano-ano nang lumalabas d'yan sa bunganga mo. Makaalis na nga! “ but my plan on leaving was quickly cut short nang maramdaman ko ang malaki niyang kamay sa braso ko.

“Stay, “he said.

"Excuse me pero hindi ako aso no! tsk." I said and rolled my eyes.

"Of course you're not. You're my wife." he said and gave me a breathtaking smirk. Sabi ko na nga ba pinaglalaruan ako ng hayop na 'to eh! And here I thought he was being serious!Pinapanuod ko lang s'ya ngayon mapagod sa kakatawa. Tch. Laugh for now Radleigh babawi ako mamaya . Mark my words Tch.

"Pfft. Y-You could've seen your face! HAHAHAHA You look so flustered! Did you actually think I'd say something like that to you? Pfft. You just made my day. Anyway wag ka nang mag-alala sa natanggap mong message.I already got it under control." hindi ko s'ya pinansin but instead I kicked his knee.

"Ow! What was that for?!" Instead of answering him I shot him a glare then I walked out like a queen holding my sniper rifle. Nang may mabangga akong poncho Pilato.

"Oh my gosh! Can't you look where you're going?! At ano bang props 'yang hawak mo?So eww! can you please get out?!" my brows instantly rose up. Iniinsulto ba ako ng babaeng espasol na to? Tch I grabbed a kunai under my boot and pinned her on the wall.

" W-What?! Guards! Help me! She's armed! Bakit ba nakatayo lang kayo d'yan?! She's trying to kill me! "The b***h said as she screamed on the top of her lungs. Of course matatakot silang tulungan ka. Because if they do hindi lang sila mananagot sa akin kung hindi pati na din sa boss nila. I looked at this woman. Whoever she is hindi ko gusto ang tabas ng dila n'ya. And if ever this b***h becomes one of my target one of these days, I'll surely give her a slow and unforgettable death.

I left her there totally stuck on the wall. Ah now this is life. I should get other missions to satisfy myself. Habang hinihintay magbukas ang elevator a raging Radleigh caught my eyes. He’s walking so fast that he got to my spot in a minute. He looks furious; Ano na naman kayang problema nito.

"I heard what you did to Amber." He said in crossed arms. Sino ulit si Amber? Ah maybe the b***h earlier. Hindi ko naman alam na ganoong tipo ng mga babae pala ang gusto n'ya.

" So what if I pointed a knife at her? What would you do? Gagawin mo din sakin? Sig—" my sentence was cut short when I felt him embrace me. Wait what? Ano 'to? Akala ko ba galit s'ya? O assuming lang ba ako? Bakit n'ya ko biglang niyakap? And why is my stomach feeling weird? More importantly bakit ang bilis ng t***k ng puso ko? Dahil ba sa gulat? Dahil sa gulat diba?

"You don't know how annoying that woman can be! He comes here almost every day! It's a good thing you did that HAHAHAHA I'm so proud you're my wife." he said and hugged me again. Ow-key this is getting pretty awkward. I blinked a few times before I forcibly pushed him away. I looked at him like I'm saying if he's crazy.

"Uhm I mean good job. You did great and uh I - I should go." he said and tapped my head before he quickly walked back to his office.Akala ko tapos na s'ya pero bigla s'yang bumalik at hinila ako pabalik kasama n'ya.

"Wait! Saan mo ba ako dadalhin?" We reached his office. I waited for what he's about to say but he just sat there and continued doing his paperwork. So anong gagawin ko dito? Panoorin s'yang mag-trabaho hanggang sa lumuwa ang mga mata ko?! I was getting ready to leave when he spoke.

“Babe come here." A-Ano daw? Did he just called me babe?! At bakit parang nagustuhan ko?! Fcvk. Something is definitely wrong with me today. I brushed that off my mind and stood in front of him. But I was caught off guard when he suddenly pulled me to sit on his lap!

" T-Teka bakit ba dito ako nakaupo?! kukuha na lang ako ng—" my sentence was cut off when he suddenly enveloped me in a warm hug. He buried his head in my neck. Hindi ko alam kung bakit n'ya biglang ginagawa 'to pero hindi ko nagugustuhan ang mga kakaibang nararamdaman ko.

" Don't like it? " he said still burying his head in my neck.

"N-No that's not quite that’s—" Tangina bakit ba ako nauutal?!

"Great. Let’s stay like this for a while. Just you and I" He said as he hugged me tighter. H-How am I supposed to respond in a time like this?! Despite being confused I just found myself hugging him back. Minutes turned to hours and he's still in the same position. Sinubukan kong tanggalin ang pagkakayakap n'ya ngunit mas hinigpitan n'ya lamang ito. Wait is he asleep?!

"Uhm," Huh? May ibang tao ba dito? Lumingon ako sa direksyon ng pinto only to see Mrs. Riverton standing there. Did she? —I mean nakita n'ya ba lahat?!

"Hihihi Don't mind me and continue what you were doing. Iwan ko na lang dito 'yong mga invitations. . Anyway aalis na din naman ako, Byee! Enjoy! Babae ang gusto ko okay?" That was the last things she said before she left the room. She's one weird mother in law, At ano daw sabi n'ya? Gusto n'ya babae? Are we talking about babies now? The last time I saw her we talked about s*x position Hssh. That was the most uncomfortable conversation I'd ever had.

" Is she gone? " T-Teka! Gising ba s'ya?! Kelan pa?! He looked around then looked at me coldly. Then he waved his hands as if he's trying to tell me to get off. Inangilan ko muna ito bago mabilis na umalis sa pagkakakandong dito. So it was all for show huh? Napakatanga ko naman para isipin na gagawin n'ya yon dahil gusto nya tsk.

"What's with that look on your face? Anyway you can go home now." the jerk said as he started to work on the papers on his desk. Tch Talagang uuwi nako! I can't stand the sight of his face. When I got home on his empty house, nakita ko yung babaeng nakilala ko last week. If I remember it right her name is Adrianna. She waved her hand with a big smile and crossed our distance.

"Hi! Are you free? This might be a bit sudden since we just met but is it okay kung iwan ko muna sayo mga anak ko? May emergency lang kasi, please." she said with a pleading look. She looks like she really needed the help kaya pumayag na din ako. Sa sobrang saya n'ya ay nayakap n'ya pa ako. And now I'm waving goodbye as she drives her car away from the village. I looked at the kid beside me but he was just staring at me. I tried to show him a smile pero mabilis lamang itong tumalikod.

"Uhm May gusto ka bang puntahan?" The kid immediately turned back with a smile. Now I can see his perfectly cute little smile. Ang sarap ibulsa hihihi *_*

"Pwede po ba tayong pumunta sa Jollibee?" the kid said with a big smile. Jollibee? 'yong malaking bubuyog? Hindi pa ako nakaka-kain doon kaya hindi ako sigurado kung masarap ba ang pagkain nila. But since he suggested it then I guess kids like that big fat bee. I nodded at him and he jumped in joy and started running back to their house.

"Teka! Saan ka pupunta?" Okay naman na yung suot n'ya kung pupunta kami sa bubuyog na 'yon.

"Saan pa po? Syempre tatawagin ko po yung mga kuya ko! Hehe." the kid said and ran off to their house. Teka sinabi ba nyang MGA KUYA? Ilan ba sila?! My question was answered when four boys came out. They have to be Quadruplets. I asked the boys to get in the car and wear their seat belts first. I was about to get in when a familiar car stopped right next to ours.

"It's Tito Kent! Hi Tito Kent! pupunta po kaming Jollibee! Hehe." I think he's the other guy on my wedding. He asked if my HUSBAND was home. When I told him he was not he quickly drove away. Weird.

WE ARRIVED the mall, the kids asked to go buy one toy each first. Buti na lang palagi kong dala 'yong bigay na black card ni Radleigh. Nang makita nung cashier yung gamit kong card ay halos mag-hysterical ang lahat maging ang manager para lang maasikaso kami. Grabe iba talaga pag bilyonaryo ang asawa. We are now going to Jollibee, the kids were pretty excited.

But a bad attorney caught my sight. Awtomatikong tumaas ang kilay ko habang masamang tinititigan ang asawa kong malapit sa entrance no'ng fast-food chain I saw Radeigh talking to a woman. Hindi ko alam kung sino s'ya but she needs to keep those hands of her to herself kung ayaw niyang ako mismo ang pumutol no'n. I suddenly thought of a brilliant plan. I gathered the kids and told them what to do.

This is going to be epic. Kailangan kong i-record ito. HAHAHAHA
