I had no choice but to take the woman's hand in front of me.
"Nice to meet you, Dianne," Claire greeted me before turning back to Uncle Rolf.
At that moment, I was annoyed. Uncle Rolf didn't seem bothered at all. He didn't even flinch when I dug my nails into his skin. I was left speechless as he led me to a table where two women were sitting. Just then, a pale yet attractive man approached him.
"Rolf, thanks for coming," the man said, his eyes fixed on me. Uncle Rolf introduced him as his step-brother, Robert, and the man asked if I was his girlfriend.
