“Sir, please.”
Sarah informed me that Mr. Williams had called, and I could see the annoyance on her face. My father seemed to be constantly calling the office line, even though I had already blocked him on my phone.
"Let him call," I replied, brushing off the request. Sarah just scratched her head, knowing there was nothing she could do. "Whenever they call, just say I'm in a meeting, even if I'm right here. What could be so urgent?" I changed the subject and focused on the folder in front of me.
