I thought Grandpa wouldn't be much help once my magical body was, while not fully formed, at least more developed (I would now focus on specific body parts, making sure every part of my body had a network of thin magical channels that collected the diffuse magic my body generated and brought it to the core where it could then be used quickly.)
But it turned out Grandpa could help me a lot more than we realized at first, making me advance in visualization techniques much faster than before. He couldn't teach me how to use the magic, but he could help me see it well.
I don't know where he acquired them, but he brought a bunch of complex artifacts, making me draw them to a level of detail that made my hands hurt. Thankfully, like in Professor Alarch's classes, I didn't have to make any
