Chapter 38(The accidental meeting) Hazel's Point Of View: It's been two days now since I woke up from the black out. I was feeling my life beginning to fade away. I became lanky without food and water. I thought I'd last longer without those things but I was glad I wasn't going to. Though I wanted to die, if I was brought food, I would honestly munch on it. It was natural for a living creature to fight for survival, irrespective of their personal desires. As I curled into a ball in the corner of the dungeon, watching the shadows cascade on the floor from outside, the pain of rejection ate me up, burning something in my chest harshly. I always heard rejection was painful but I never experienced it so I couldn't relate. But I could at least now say it was more painful when you're reject
