Leah was getting on my nerves, so I was glad when she stormed off. I turned to Jazmine to make sure she was okay. She had been through so much I didn't want to add additional stress.
"Sorry you had to see that. "Are you okay?" I asked, bringing her hand to my lips and kissing it softly.
"I'm fine. "I'm not the one with a delusional stalker," she laughed.
"Ughh, I blame it on my father," I told her, shaking my head. It was his fault I was in this situation. If he never went to Leah's father asking for an arranged marriage, Leah would not even be here now.
