After Lyle's trip, the council had a long mission assigned to them. The council wasn't given much information. It was to test if the council was adept enough in processing information and executing commands.
To test them is the System's plan for them for an early Christmas Present. The highest ranks and the superiors has discussed of the test's approval. It wasn't what you call a test, it was what you call a suicide mission. The council was to enter a world party as a representative for each household that finances System.
