They were strong enough to face few ordinary folks but they were not a martial artist so it wasn't so hard for him to seal with them. The burly m walked arrogantly and said “You shouldn't be so arrogant. Ble yourself for your demise.” As soon as he finished his words he let his men attack Chen Fan.

Chen Fan shook his head and sighed and he used vanishing steps and appeared right in front of the burly man. He then said “You are not capable enough to contain me.”

He punched hard at the man and sent him flying few metres. This startled the others and froze them. They could tell that this young man wasn't an ordinary person. So they he no other choice then to flee the scene.

After dealing with the small trouble Chen Fan went to a nearby restaurant and ordered a lavish meal. After filling his stomach he relaxed and said to himself “Life is full of danger and opportunities. The person you cherish might not be the one to cherish you so cherish the person who really cherishes you.

He then went to the nearby park and began to consolidate his foundation. There were few techniques that he could learn. “It's best for me to utilize my time to hine my skills.”

As he was practicing he noticed something strange. There were a couple of men in black surrounding a girl and her two bodyguards. As he went closer he couldn't help but frown as the girl being surrounded was Alina.

The men in black emitted a sinister aura and they seemed like veteran martial artist. He couldn't discern their martial realm but he could tell that Alina was in danger.

“Han over the frost soul of ice wyvern and we will let you go. If you don't then you will not get away from this place.”

Alina clenched her fists as she said “Are you not afraid of being hunted down my family? It would be best for you to back away rather than to stop us. Our elder will be arriving shortly after which you might not even have a chcevto escape.”

The men in black laughed historically and said “Hmph, you will be dead before your help arrives. What do we need to fear as there would be no one to tell the tales.”

The man guarding Alina signaled and the other guard quickly pushed her away. “Young miss, you have to escape this place and survive.” They then began to burn their life essence to gain Greer strength.

Alina sobbed as she remained reluctant and said “No, I cannot leave you behind. I am not afraid to die.”

The bodyguard shouted “Young miss please don't be stubborn. We are no match for them. With you around we won't be able to concentrate on our fight.”

Alina wanted to refute but she couldn't as this was the harsh reality. Both her bodyguards were fifth grade martial artist and the opponents were the same. There were even a sixth grade martial artist among the group.

She gritted her teeth and said “Don't you dare die on me. Life is more precious, if you can't hold on then escape.”

She then dashed out of the group with the hell of her bodyguards who made an opening for her.

Chen Fan gritted his teeth and concealed his breath so that he won't be discovered.

The men in black laughed as he said “Such futile attempt to run away. T o of you chase that girl and bring that ice frost pearl back.”

Heading his orders two of the men in black dashed to chase Alina. The two guards tried to stop them but we're intercepted by others.

Chen Fan lurked silently waiting for and opportunity to save her. Just as Alina was about to cross the park, she was surrounded by the two assassins. They were stringer then her. She hesitated for a moment before making a bold move. She ignited her essence and lunched an attack.

But her attacks were too lousy to inflict any harm on these veteran assassins.

“Is this all you got? Come one little girl try harder. If you can't then I will help you.”

Their eyes full of lust disgusted her but she couldn't say anything about it. She could only endure and try to survive.

Just as the assassins were about to grab her, a blurry figure appeared and escaped along with her. The assassins were stupefied by this. But they didn't mind as the man who appeared seemed to be a first grade martial artists.

They licke their blades as they said “Another fool trying to be a hero.” They then chased after them. It didn't take long for them to corner Alina and Chen Fan. Alina who saw Chen Fan was utterly shocked by his sudden appearance.

She felt overjoyed yet saddened. Both of them combined were no match for the assassins. “Chen Fan, you should leave me behind and go. I don't want to implicate you.”
