"Please, please, stop, I didn't do it!!"
"Stop!! I'm your luna"
The room was filled with laughter, a room filled with ruthless people, wanting to have a taste of me.
"Alpha, please I didn't do it, I'm your wife"
My husband was standing at the back, watching me with hatred and beside him was my stepsister, Nancy.
She gave me a sinister smile. She nudged her arms with my husband, pretending to be a victim with fake tears.
"How can you do this to your wife" I screamed at him at the top of my lungs.
And for a moment, just a moment I saw the softness in his eyes but they quickly vanished.
"STOPP!!" The room suddenly went quiet.
It was my husband.
"Get out," he added.
They all bowed their heads towards him and left the room one by one, till we were only three left.
My husband and my evil stepsister along with me, were left in the room.
"Thank you," I said quietly.
Scoff.
He scoffed at me, removing his hands from my stepsister's and walking towards me one by one.
The sound of his shoes could be heard.
"Baby, please just forgive her. It wasn't her intention"
Nancy said while holding onto her clothes, pretending to care for me with fake tears.
"You see that," Xavier said while still moving towards me.
"Even after everything you did to her, she still cares about you."
"Xavier please believe me, I didn't do it, I didn't send those men to r**e my sister," I was out of breath.
I tried to reach out for him but he roughly pushed my hands away.
Nancy was just standing behind giving me an evil smile
"She's lying Xavier please believe me"
"You ungrateful b***h, henceforth, this dungeon will be where you'll sleep and be tortured every day, until you repent," Xavier said.
"No, no, no, you can't do that to me. After all the love we share," I cried.
Puff, " love?? What love??"
" I feel disgusted towards you. I was meant to marry your sister and not you"
"But I'm your mate"
"Well the moon goddess made a damn mistake"
That sentence broke my heart.
He stood up from where I was lying and entwined his fingers with Nancy's and left.
"Keep an eye on her" he told the bodyguards and he left.
I couldn't help my cries, Nancy has finally managed to brainwash Xavier.
It's not as if it was surprised.
Nancy and Xavier have been lovers since high school. Even though I had a huge crush on him since childhood, I dared not approach him. I left him for my stepsister.
Not until the day I had my wolf and we both found out we are mates. He wanted to reject me but his father disagreed and denied him the throne if he rejected me. He had no choice but to agree and marry me.
I was happy then, I thought that maybe if we got married he would finally see me and love me wholeheartedly. Guess I was wrong.
After I saved him that night, he still treats me like this. Thinking of it, I just wish he had rejected me that day.
Even though it would have been painful, it wouldn't be compared to this.
I gently lay my hands on my belly, " Everything is going to be fine my baby, mommy is going to protect you" I sobbed.
Yes, I was pregnant, and I was pregnant with Xavier my husband.
I planned to tell him the good news this evening when I got accused of sending in men to race my stepsister.
No one listened to me, but I didn’t care, I was only concerned about my child.
" Don't worry mommy is going to get you out of here."
