Chapter 95 Teaching The Evil Landlord A Lesson

Just as she finished gutting the fish, there was a knock on the door. She quickly washed her hands and wiped it down with her apron before answering it. When she opened the door, she saw a man in his forties standing in the doorway, and the man was precisely her landlord. "Hey, it's already the end of the month. Here are the pending bills for this month's rental, as well as last month's utility consumption." The man said as he took out a piece of paper, scanning her body from top to bottom with his lustful eyes while Yuna Liu's eyes were focused on reading the numbers on the bill. "Brother Wang, my son is coming home today, so how about I get the money and pass it to you later tonight?" Yuna Liu suggested. "That's fine too. Are you cooking?" Diego Wang popped his head through the doorway, scanning the rooms in the house. "Yes I am, would you like to come in?" Yuna Liu offered with a smile. "Sure." Diego Wang said as he entered the house. Yuna Liu froze. She was just trying to be polite, she didn't think Diego Wang would take her words literally. She doesn't want to drive him out either, because after all, this man is her landlord. She offered Diego Wang to sit, then went into the kitchen to pour him a glass of water, but she couldn't help but ask him, a little confused, "Brother Wang, did something happen?" "Um, it's nothing." Diego Wang glanced at Yuna Liu like a p*****t. She looked absolutely breathtaking even thought she dressed comfortably, like a modest housewife. Yuna Liu seemed to have realized something when she saw that Diego Wang was constantly setting his eyes on her. He didn't have a whistling reputation as the landlord either, as he was notoriously known as a p*****t, but he never took action because he had a very fierce wife at home. However, rumor has it that his wife had gone back to her hometown to stay with her parents for a few days. "My son will be back soon. Brother Wang, why don't you come back in a while and we'll have dinner together? Don't worry about the rental, I'll send them over later in the evening." Yuna Liu noticed something flashing in Diego Wang's eyes, so she tried to get him to leave. "It couldn't have been easy, raising a boy on your own..." Diego Wang reminisced, not only did he not leave, he leaned his entire weight on the sofa. "I've just gotten used to it." Yuna Liu said flatly as she subconsciously took a step back. That was when Diego Wang got up abruptly, his eyes full of irrepressible desire, "You can say that, but it couldn't have been easy for a woman like you. I'll make you an offer, how about I spare you from paying rent in the future?" he offered. "I can't let you do that, you're also a businessman. Besides, your wife wouldn't agree either, would she?" Yuna Liu said defensively. "It's okay. I've already had enough of that b***h anyway. If it's okay with you... how about we move in together?" Diego Wang said evilly. "Diego Wang, it sounds like you've had too much to drink. Get out now, or I will call the police." Realizing the change in Diego Wang's tone, Yuna Liu put down her gentle image and changed into a more aggressive one. "Don't be too quick to refuse. I may not be a rich person at best, but I'd make your life easier. Besides, I can be a good stepfather to your son, so it's a win-win situation, wouldn't you agree?" Diego Wang said as he stepped forward, gunning to grab a hold of Yuna Liu's hand. "What are you doing? Get out of my house now, or I'll call somebody." startled, Yuna Liu barely avoided him. "Stop rejecting me, premarital pregnancy doesn't make you better than me. I'm telling you this right now, I'm definitely getting a taste of you today and nothing can stop me. Don't be a shameless bitch." Diego Wang said, the tone of his voice becoming increasingly aggressive. "I'll say it again, get out of of my house." Yuna Liu suddenly calmed down, a hint of irresistible dignity in her voice. Her demeanor stunned Diego Wang as Yuna Liu was surrounded by an explainable majestic aura, the cowardly side of him began to surface. But he came back to his old self soon after and said fiercely, "Who do you think you are? The queen? I'll have you under me by the end of today." With that he pounced forward, grabbed both of Yuna Liu's hands, about to throw her onto the ground. "Let go of me, help!" Yuna Liu struggled with everything she had within her, as she tried to push Diego Wang away with her body weight, but to no avail. Diego Wang was enormous, and she was just a woman, so how could she have outdone him with her weak form? "Go on, you can scream all you want, no one will be able to save you from me." Diego Wang said with excitement in his voice. He'd long waited for this day to come, because Yuna Liu's temperament is an extraordinary one, which wasn't something he could have gotten from home. He was just starting to think that he'd hit the jackpot today, because his wife wasn't at home, so he could do whatever he wanted. Just as he was getting pumped up, he felt a tight grip at the back of his neck, as a pair of strong hands lifted him up and threw him across the floor. "Ouch..." Diego Wang let out a cry in agony as he was flung senseless onto the ground. It was Jacob Ye who had arrived just in time to save his mother from this beast. "Jacob..." Yuna Liu was both surprised and delighted to see her son. "You son of a b***h, how dare you bully my mother. You're courting death." It made something in Jacob Ye burn, when he had seen this scene unravel right in front of him, he proceeded to treat Diego Wang as a punching bag. "Stop! Stop! Stop hitting me! I was wrong! Stop hitting me!" Diego Wang was no rival to Jacob Ye's moves, as he couldn't help but to let out cries of pain and agony. Soon enough, blood began seeping on the floor. "Jacob, that's enough. Just enough to teach him a lesson, we don't want to make it a live or death situation." Yuna Liu grew worried seeing that Diego Wang was starting to lose consciousness, afraid that he might have actually dropped dead. That made Jacob Ye stop as he warned, his voice low, "Get out of my sight right now. I'll cripple you if I ever see you again." Diego Wang's face was heavily bruised after a merciless beating session by Jacob Ye. He quickly got up, and shot a glare at Jacob Ye as he muttered, "You little bastard..." "Get lost." Only to have earned a flying kick from Jacob Ye, sending him out the door. Another cry was heard from Diego Wang, rolling on the floor until he landed on the wall, unable to get up. Jacob Ye walked out of the door to grab a fistful of hair and said, "Tell me something, would you dare to do it again?" Fear stirred in Diego Wang when he was met with Jacob Ye's murderous eyes, he quickly shook his head and said, "No, never again. I promise." "What about your injuries? Where did you get those from?" Jacob Ye asked nonchalantly. "It's nothing. I accidentally fell and hit the ground while going out for a walk." Diego Wang caught on, reading between the lines. "Out." As if being spared from a crime, Diego Wang got up in a haste and stumbled out of the place. Coincidentally, he came face-to-face with a middle-aged woman on his way out and she couldn't help but asked in shock, "Hey, aren't you my landlord? What happened to you?" "It's... it's nothing... I just accidentally fell." Diego Wang said without even looking back as he stumbled away. "Auntie, it's you." Jacob Ye recognized the guest, who just so happened to be the wife of his mother's uncle. "Fancy to see you here, Jacob. Wow, you've gotten more and more good looking in the six months that we haven't seen each other." The woman said in an exaggerated tone. "Sister-in-law, you're here. Please come in. Jacob just got back as well, shall we have dinner together?" Yuna Liu offered. "Yuna, what happened just now?" asked Margot Liew. "It's nothing, sister-in-law, come on in." Yuna Liu said flatly.
