The Nihonland government had very little information on Fletcher, but they were sure of one thing. He and his group of researchers were still hiding in the country. They were still conducting gene research. The government would have much trouble if they failed to catch him.
Jacob didn't know much about Chersen, and he didn't know what position he held. However, he knew that there was more than meets the eyes with Chersen. He was a young leader of an important department in Nihonland. His ability had been approved. Since he had said so, he must be responsible for the capture of Fletcher.
