Ali arrived as soon as they left. He saw that his wife's bed was empty and he could not help but shudder. He grabbed an intern who was passing by and cried with reddened eyes, "Where's my wife? Where has my wife gone?"
"W-Who is your wife?" The young doctor was taken aback.
"It's the patient in the ninth bed in the intensive care unit," Ali's eyes were bloodshot as he shouted.
"Her condition has gotten quite serious. She was sent to the emergency room. They are preparing for an emergency," the young doctor replied.
Ali let go of him and rushed to the emergency room. Jacob and Yannah chased suit, startled.
"Darling... Please be okay. Hang in there. I've brought you a doctor." Ali sounded like he was about to burst into tears as he rushed to the emergency room.
