"Tina, stop sleeping. It's time to wake up," Jacob said softly as he embraced her.
Tina, on the other hand, did not respond in the least. A faint smile was still at the corner of her mouth. Although she was asleep, Jacob had a feeling that she was listening to him, that she could hear everything he said.
"Haven't you always wanted to reach the top of the world's tallest mountain? I'll take you to the peak as soon as you wake up. The mountain's quite high up, so the stars must be beautiful there. Don't you like looking at the stars? We'll be gazing up at the stars by then. It will be lovely..."
"I wonder if there is a sunrise on the summit. If there is, we'll watch the sunrise from there. It must be a delightful thing to do."
