By the time Jacob arrived at the hotel, most of the people from the Li Group had left. Jeremiah had left with his family as well, as he needed to tend to the preparations for the wedding party, leaving Cindy alone in the hotel.
"Jacob, where have you been?" Seeing Jacob come back, Cindy went to greet him.
Although Cindy was adored and cherished by the Ye Family, she was always the closest with Jacob as they had known each other for a long time. On top of that, they shared similar experiences.
"I went to meet a friend." Jacob chuckled.
"Oh, hello, my sister-in-law." Cindy came into realization when she saw Megan, who came along with Jacob.
