Episode 7

Liliah. I swallowed hard the moment Ian rushed out. He was half-naked. I still didn't understand the game Dante was playing or why he had made me fake those moans, but it had clearly pissed off the right person, Ian. I had barely ever seen him get worked up over me. Yet here he was. And somehow... it gave me a little satisfaction. He stormed toward Dante and grabbed him by the collar. "What the heck is going on here?" he fumed. Dante remained completely silent. Intimidating. There was something terrifying about how composed he looked. "Stay away from my wife, Dante," Ian warned through gritted teeth, glaring at him. Dante let out a scoff and effortlessly pried Ian's hand off his collar. "Wife?" he repeated mockingly. "I don't think you remembered that a few minutes ago when you chased her out so your mistress could come in." "That's none of your business! Stay in your lane, Dante. I don't need to remind you what happens when you don't. She is my wife, and I'll treat her however I want!" "Baby!" Chloe's voice echoed through the hallway as she hurried toward us, wrapped in nothing but the bedsheet. I shook my head in disgust. Dante simply nodded. "Interesting, brother," he said, leaning in just enough for only Ian to hear. "So... interesting." Without another word, he turned and walked away. "Baby, what's going on?" Chloe asked as she reached Ian's side. Her gaze landed on me, filled with disgust. "Was this w***e letting your brother touch her?" I rolled my eyes. Ian didn't answer. He was still staring at Dante's retreating figure, the hatred in his eyes impossible to miss. Then he suddenly turned to me, grabbed my wrist, and dragged me toward the bedroom. Chloe hurried after us. "Baby!" she called. "Let go of me, Ian!" I shouted, struggling against his grip. "How dare you disrespect me like that, Liliah!" he roared. I scoffed. "Disrespect? Ian?" By then, he had already dragged me back into the room and forcefully shoved me onto the bed. "Yes! I told you to stay away from Dante. I told you, the open marriage doesn't apply to you! Don't embarrass me, Liliah. You won't like the version of me I'll show you!" "That's insane, Ian." "I don't give a f**k, Liliah. You are a slave, so act like one. I don't want to see you anywhere around Dante. You dare not come downstairs until he leaves for work, and you dare not interact with him. You'll have your dinner in the guest room. You won't be seen anywhere in this mansion except this room or the guest room." I shook my head in disbelief. I couldn't believe Ian was restricting my movements inside the mansion too. "This is ridiculous, Ian." "You will obey, Liliah." "Babe, you worry too much." Chloe wrapped her arms around him from behind. "Dante wouldn't want to be with a dummy like her. Why is this getting you so worked up? No one wants her, okay?" I remained still as Ian glared at me. "I need to make sure she knows her place." "You deserve no place in this mansion, Liliah. So know your f*****g place," he hissed. "You'll be staying here with me and Chloe tonight." "Baby, no," Chloe objected immediately. "We need to have fun. Send her to the guest room." Ian let out a slow laugh. "She can stay here while we have fun, Chloe. It's her punishment for disrespecting me." I pressed my lips together.I had no choice. No voice of my own. I refused to let a single tear fall, but I couldn't pretend this wasn't shattering my heart into pieces. "Get out of the bed, Liliah, and sleep on the floor," he demanded. Without a word, I climbed off the bed and slowly lowered myself onto the cold floor. Chloe slipped into the space beside him as though it had always belonged to her. They both started kissing and touching themselves while Chloe's moans clouded the whole room. I couldn't even sleep. It was terrible. . I squeezed my eyes shut. I could every single thing.Every sound was another knife twisting in my chest. This was insane. I curled up on the cold floor, silent tears slipping down my cheeks as I prayed for the night to end.
